Construction work is set to begin next week on a main bridge in the Portersville area.
PennDOT officials say starting Monday, crews will begin work on replacing the Portersville Bridge on Route 488 that goes over I-79.
This initial round of work will go through November 1st.
There will be traffic restrictions in place during this time.
The entire project is expected to be completed by next summer.
