Comedian Bill Cosby was back in a Pennsylvania courtroom Tuesday with a new legal team.
And it was that new team that led a judge to postpone his retrial on charges of sexual assault from November to March of next year. The judge said it would give Cosby’s new defense team enough time to prepare for the trial.
Cosby’s first trial ended in a mistrial in June after a jury failed to come to a unanimous verdict.
80-year-old Cosby is accused of assaulting a former Temple University administrator back in 2004. Cosby’s new attorney is best known for successfully defending Michael Jackson from child sexual abuse charges.
