Butler County is looking to make upgrades to the electrical work at Alameda Park.
County Commissioners approved a design phase contract to evaluate electrical work in Alameda’s lower park.
Officials say the lines running underground to the lower park are older, and that they want to prevent any future failures.
It will also look at lighting improvements, adding security cameras, and connections to pavilions.
