Butler County is lending a piece of security equipment to the Butler Area School District.
The x-ray machine that used to be at the entrance of the County Government Center was recently replaced with a new one. That piece of equipment will now go to the Butler Area School District.
The school will be on the hook for fees and anything related to servicing the machine.
If the district decides to move on from the machine, they will be responsible for disposing it.
