Butler County officials say they have not counted undated ballots for this primary election.
The county says they are following guidance laid out by the Department of State. The county’s solicitor says 83 ballots were undated—with 33 of those being submitted Republican voters.
The issue has been brought to the forefront after the Dave McCormick campaign filed a lawsuit seeking to count these ballots.
The solicitor also said he did not have an idea on how long the timeline of the McCormick lawsuit would take before it came to a resolution.
