Butler County has entered into an agreement with a college based out of Pittsburgh with a branch in Cranberry to help seniors.
Carlow University School of Health and Wellness will work with the Area Agency on Aging in Butler County to offer preventative screenings and educational presentations to gain clinical experience.
The program is of no cost to the county and will be ran through the Area Agency on Aging.
Officials talked about potentially pairing with Butler County Community College for their nursing students for a similar program but nothing has been made official.
