It’s going to be an eventful weather day in Butler, with a combination of snow, rain, and wind.
The day started out with heavy snow showers, which prompted many county school districts to opt for a two-hour delay.
However, it’s not expected to last too long before temperatures rise and transition the precipitation to heavy rain.
But, wind is one of the main concerns as gusts could reach nearly 40 miles per hour.
The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for the day warning “gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.”
