Non-union employees in Butler County government will be receiving a raise next year.
The county’s salary board voted for a 3.25 percent raise for non-union full-time employees, which is about 120 people according to county officials.
It comes after the same group saw a 3 percent raise or a minimum of $2,000 salary increase last year.
County officials say they look at economic data to come up with the figures.
