Although there have been some concerns across the globe of a rise in COVID cases, locally the numbers continue to drop.
There were only 61 newly reported cases in Butler County over the past seven days.
That is continuing the declining trend we’ve seen since early February.
As of Monday this week, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 12 patients for the coronavirus, with no one in the ICU.
