A busy road in Cranberry Township will be closed for the summer beginning on Monday.
Burke Road will shut down to traffic from Franklin Road to Serendipity Lane through the end of July. The project will raise a low point in the road as well as install new storm water inlets.
Residents living within the work area will have access but should anticipate delays during work times.
Township crews will install detour signs for motorists traveling through the area but everyone should allow for extra travel time.
