Cranberry Township is looking at revamping its Impact Fee Program.
The fee was put in place decades ago that makes developer pay a certain fee in order to improve infrastructure in the township.
Now, the Board of Supervisors approved a contract with a group to update the plan. Officials say it would be the first full update to the long-range transportation plan and impact fee in 10 years.
There have been minor changes in the plan over the past couple of years, but township officials say the new program will be completed during 2024.
