The financial future of a popular business park in Cranberry Township is up-in-the-air.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, a lender has moved to foreclose the Cranberry Woods office park, which is near the I-79/Route 228 interchange.
Deutsche Bank filed the complaint, claiming that the owners of the park McKnight Realty Partners, have defaulted on a $55.5 million loan.
The loan agreement required McKnight to pay the lender the outstanding balance by last August. However, the complaint says McKnight has not done that.
McKnight has until May 15th to file an answer.
