Crews were on the scene of a garage fire Tuesday morning in Oakland Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 10:15 a.m. for a fire at a garage in the 1000 block of Bonniebrook Road—this is near the intersection with St. Wendelin Road.
Multiple tanker trucks responded to the scene to help fight the blaze.
When crews got on scene, they found a fully involved fire in a single story garage that was about 30 by 30 feet.
Firefighters also noted that the garage was near a home on the property. Crews were able to knock the fire down by 10:45 a.m.
The garage is considered a total loss.
A portion of Bonniebrook Road was closed while crews fought the fire. It reopened just before noon.
