Multiple fire departments were on the scene of a house fire Tuesday in Penn Township.
The initial call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 5 p.m. for smoke in the attic of a home in the 100 block of Morgan Road.
Once they learned the house was on fire, Penn Township firefighters were joined by crews from Saxonburg, Middlesex, Herman, Butler Township, and Buffalo Township to help.
All of the residents were reportedly able to evacuate. At this time, it’s unclear what started the fire, but there was significant damage.
