A water line break is causing problems on Hansen Avenue in Butler.
The break was first noticed Thursday afternoon as evidenced by a buckling of the road in the area of the West Penn Power offices.
Crews from Pennsylvania American Water arrived to make repairs. It is unknown how many customers are affected by this break as well as how long it will take to make repairs.
Traffic is being diverted in the lane heading out of Butler.
