We’re learning more about the prosecutor’s case against former Butler School Board member Bill Halle.
He is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenager, who also worked at his Net Outreach Center in Butler.
In a hearing yesterday, the district attorney’s office says that they received information that Halle and the victim were living together in his camper in Clarion County.
The DA also says that he believes Halle has contacted the victim by phone since he was placed in prison last week.
Halle’s attorney requested that Halle be able to continue to call the victim from prison, however the judge denied that request.
