Darlene Marie (Cypher) Keck, 80 of Butler passed away on February 1, 2022 at her home.
Born July 31, 1941 in Cabot, she was the daughter of the late Elery C. Cypher and Frieda M. Doerr Cypher.
Darlene worked at King’s in Gibsonia, Knox Chapel Pizza and also worked at St. Luke Church as a janitor. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot, where she was in the choir. Darlene loved gardening, baking and square dancing.
Surviving are husband, George Keck, who she married May 12, 1960, her children, Duane (Chrisse) Keck of Cabot, Marlin (Nancy) Keck of Butler, Gordon (Patti) Keck of Connoquenessing, and Nadine Keck of Butler, brother, Larry Cypher of Atlanta, GA, 3 grandchildren, David (Christa) Keck of Butler, Nicole (Rich) Messenger of Saxonburg, and Elizabeth (Josh) Rosensteel of Cabot, and 7 great grandchildren, Noah Rosensteel, Jacob Messenger, Domanic Keck, Isabella Messenger, Makenzie Rosensteel, Tate Keck and Easton Rosensteel.
Friends will be received on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 10:30 am at the St. Luke Lutheran Church with Rev. Ben Berteau and Rev. Jared Townley officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.
