David Russell Kelley, age 75, of Slippery Rock, passed away at his residence on Sunday morning December 12, 2021, following a short illness.
Born February 24, 1946 in Lawrence County, he was the son of the late Paul Ernest and Geraldine Mae Wilson Kelley.
Dave was retired from Portersville Sales and Testing.
While being a mechanic by trade, he also enjoyed building model cars, vehicle reconstructions, and collecting and restoring antique cars. He loved planting flowers and making his yard look nice.
He is survived by his loving wife Esther Plate Kelley, who he married March 2, 1965; his children Mark Kelley of Arnold, PA, Michele (Keith) Sparkenbaugh of Richmond, VA, and Carol (John Vidrick) Wickline of Mercer, PA; his grandchildren Rachael (Marshall) Simpson of Butler and Taylor Krumpe of Grove City, his great grandchildren Matilynn, Kooper, Octayvia, Brian, Olivia; and his cat Squeek.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Carl Wickline III, his brother Paul Kelley, and his cat Henry.
Cremation services have been entrusted to the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect.
Memorial suggestion in Dave’ Memory would be to the Donor’s choice of any local Animal Shelters.
