Dolores R. Alwine

Dolores R. Alwine, 86, of Butler passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021. She was born on August 18, 1935 to the late Charles and Lucy (Jones) Schmit. Dolores enjoyed needle point, crochet, and embroidery.  She was also known to be kind, crafty, a lover of animals, patient, and loyal. Dolores was a member of the East Butler Presbyterian Church. She is survived by 6 stepsons, numerous step grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Dolores was preceded in death by her first husband Alfred Alwine after 25 years of marriage; companion Carl Karenbauer after 17 years; stepson Chester Alwine; and 2 stepdaughters Charlene Alwine and Darlene Alwine.
