Donald B. Wolfe, 87, of Butler, PA, passed away on July 11, 2025, at his residence.
He was born on March 29, 1938, in Worthington, PA, to the late Bernell and Beulah (Anthony) Wolfe.
Donald graduated from Worthington High School in 1956. He worked for Magnetics, Inc. as a Laborer for 43 years, until retiring in 1996. In addition, Donald went on to found “Wolfe’s Building and Remodeling” where he also worked as a Contractor, until retiring in 2006. He was a longtime member of Community Alliance Church, as well as the National Rifle Association. Donald was also an avid big game hunter, where he was featured in “American Hunting Magazine” twice. In addition, he enjoyed reading his bible, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates, as well as spending time with his loving family.
Donald is survived by his six children, Kelly (Robert) Calvin, Susan Hesidence, David (Mickey) Cummings, Cindy (Mark) Bonasso, Allen (Jackie) Wolfe, and Bryan Wolfe; his thirteen grandchildren, Grace Calvin, Olivia Joy Calvin, Hope Calvin, Tonia Heffley, Joshua Heffley, David (Theresa) Cummings, Aaron Cummings, Lisa Cummings, Joshua (Amber) Flick, Stephanie (Dylan) Igou, Tyler Wolfe, Rylee Wolfe, and Colton Wolfe; his three great-grandchildren; his numerous nieces and nephews; as well as his loving golden-doodle, Lily.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years, Tonia (Rader) Wolfe, whom he married on August 11, 1973, and who passed away on January 22, 2021; as well as his sister, Doris Jones.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00pm, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, PA 16001, with Reverend Denny Krajacic officiating.
A private burial will take place at Butler County Memorial Park.
