Donald Wayne Anderson, 70 of Butler, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at his residence.
Born March 13, 1951 in Butler, he was the son of the late Leonard L. and Eunice G. (Callahan) Anderson.
He was a graduate of Knoch High School. Donald was employed in the Tack Room with Pullman Standard for 18 years after which he was employed with Great Butler Mart in Maintenance for 10 years until his retirement.
Donald was a member of the Happy Hunter’s Club of Fenelton where he enjoyed pitching horseshoe’s. He also enjoyed Hunting, Golfing and Bowling.
Surviving is a son and a daughter: Donald Anderson and his wife Carrie of Butler; Trina Glass and her husband Jim of Butler; 4 grandchildren: Sephra, Mason, Hunter and Carter; 3 sisters and a brother: Linda Steiner and her husband Robert, Chicora; Cindy Crispin, Fenelton; Karen Long and her husband Richard of Chicora and Thomas Anderson and his wife Connie of Butler; Also several nieces, nephews, great neices and great nephews.
He was preceded in death his parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters: Ronald Anderson and sister-in-law: Sue Anderson, Lenny Anderson; Debbie Williams, Diane Anderson and Kim Anderson; a niece Jessica Anderson and 2 great neices: Alectra and Alicia Anderson.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
A funeral Service will follow Vistation at the funeral home at 8:00 PM with Rev. Matthew Kail of Unionville EPC Church, officiating.
Burial will be in West Sunbury Cemetery
