Douglas “Doug” Z. Ritzert

Douglas “Doug” Z. Ritzert, 70, of Chicora passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024. He was born in Butler on November 16, 1953, to the late Victor and Phyllis (Moser) Ritzert. Doug graduated from Butler Senior High School and had started his employment by doing construction, prior to working at Koppers / Indspec Chemical Corporation where he retired after 34 years. He was known for being a good brother and uncle and a very caring person. Doug loved all kinds of music and going to concerts, he also enjoyed cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Brother of Dennis V. and Debra K. Ritzert; uncle of Kevin (Rebecca) Ritzert, Brianne (Justin) Wilson; great uncle of Vaughn, Gavin and Siena Wilson.
