Cranberry Township is again attempting to get drivers to slow down.
The township has rolled out its annual ‘Drive 25 Campaign’ to raise awareness of 25-mile-per-hour speed limits in residential areas as the school year ends and more children are out playing.
Along with the campaign will be yard signs, electronic speed monitors and increased police patrols in 39 of Cranberry’s neighborhoods.
A second ‘Drive 25 Campaign’ will be held in the fall as kids go back to school and are again waiting at the bus stop. This program is in part sponsored by Cranberry Township Community Chest.
