A fundraiser and donation day is being held this weekend to help feed local children.
Missing Links Brewery will be hosting the fundraiser for the Kids Weekend Backpack Program on Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
The initiative aims to provide kids in kindergarten through 4th grade with easy-to-make food for the weekend, when they don’t have access to a school lunch.
Guests are asked to bring items like cereal, granola bars, microwavable food and more. Monetary donations will also be accepted.
