The East Butler Baseball Association has filed a lawsuit against the East Butler Borough over the use of baseball fields owned by the Borough.
According to civil suit, the EBBA claims that the Borough will not let the association back on the field to claim items and records at the field.
They also say that locking out the organization is interfering with their business relations and impacted their relationships with clients, such as parents, families, advertisers, and players.
The EBBA is seeking an amount greater than $35,000.
