Elliott takes Dover

Chase Elliott won the rain-delayed Nascar Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway Monday. He joined his three other Hendrick Motorsports teammates of Kyle Larson, William Byron and Alex Bowman as winners this season, and qualifiers for the post-season. The victory also snapped a 26-race winless streak for Elliott, who was the 2020 Nascar champion. Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., Ross Chastain, Christopher Bell and Alex Bowman completed the top five. Nascar heads to a nostalgia race weekend in Darlington this Sunday.
