An Ellwood City man is facing charges for his role in the Capitol Riots.
The Department of Justice says Brian Sizer turned himself in to the FBI yesterday morning after facing multiple charges stemming from January 6th.
According to charging documents, Sizer was seen multiple times inside the Capitol building that day, including taking a selfie with his wife just inside the Parliamentarian Door.
Sizer had his initial hearing in front of a judge yesterday morning. He’s facing four different charges, including disorderly conduct on capitol grounds.
