There is emergency roadwork happening on the Pennsylvania Turnpike today.
Officials say the work is happening in the left westbound lane between the 21 and 22 mileposts of the Turnpike in between the Cranberry and Beaver Valley exit.
Drivers could see traffic stop and other major delays.
Officials urge drivers to take the Cranberry exit and use I-79 to Route 422 and then I-376 in order to avoid traffic.
The work is expected to last through this evening.
