A Venango County woman is facing charges after a hit and run along with drug charges.
Police were called to the scene of an accident on the 700 block of Hill Street in Emlenton for a hit and run crash last Friday. While investigating they discovered a car that matched the description and damage from the hit and run just down the street.
When policed knocked on the door of the home 44-year-old Margaret Raub of Emlenton, she answered and allowed police to come into her home while see retrieved documents. As police were waiting they discovered drug paraphernalia.
Raub allegedly admitted to using it for smoking marijuana and would later admit her drug of choice is heroin.
Charges against Raub include possession of drug paraphilia and possession of a controlled substance.
