Erma Louise Perry, 81, of Butler, Pennsylvania, a compassionate and loving woman, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2023, at her residence with her loved ones by her side.
Born on July 25, 1941, in Harrisville, Pennsylvania, Erma was the beloved daughter of the late Emmett and Erma Varian. Her spirit and strength, cultivated in the heart of Pennsylvania, marked every aspect of her life from her work as a homemaker to her devotion to her family.
Erma was known for her loving heart and was always ready to lend a hand, which was evident in her work as a homemaker. Her home was always filled with the aroma of her delicious cooking, a hobby she passionately pursued. She was also fond of crocheting, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her beloved pets, Bowie and Chrissy. Erma was a proud member of the Life of Butler County, where she was able to share her love for her community. The memories of Erma’s love, kindness, and compassion will forever be a part of those lucky enough to have known her.
Erma is survived by her loving children, daughter Raylene Bobbert, and son Paul Perry, III. She was a doting grandmother to Shelby Bobbert and a proud great-grandmother to Lydia Bobbert. Her love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and everyone who had the privilege to know her.
In addition to her parents, Erma was preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Crawford.
