Evelyn L. Mizerak, 89, of Butler, passed away after a brief illness on April 26, at Butler Memorial Hospital. Evelyn was born in Roscoe, PA, on January 10, 1935 to the late Fred and Katherine Risher. She married Michael Mizerak on June 26, 1953. They have been together 71 years and have six daughters. Evelyn spent the majority of her life as a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother and great grandmother. She retired from Butler County Community College as a secretary in the transcript office. She is survived by her husband Michael; six daughters, Patrice Braun of Titusville, Rosemary (Jeff) Tranter of Lake Norman, NC, Laurie (Ken) Martin of Butler, Betty Minnear of Butler, Marian (Gary) Fuhrman of Butler, and Joanne (Rob) Wissinger of Connoquenessing; Thirteen grandchildren, Maura Turner, Audra Braun, Patrick (Sarah) Braun, Andrew (Jess) Braun, Brent (Kristen) Tranter, Michelle (Andrew) Veal, Lorraine Martin, Matthew (Kendall) Goettler, Emily Cirelli, Adrienne (Nathan) Fuhrman-Renwick, Aubrey Fuhrman, Vanessa and Olivia Wissinger; Eighteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Nancy Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Fred Risher, and her sister MaryRuth Daniels. We love you and miss you dearly. All services were through the SPENCER D.
