First College Football Playoff rankings for 2021 released

The first College Football Playoff Rankings have been released. Georgia, Alabama, Michigan State and Oregon are the top four teams. Ohio State and Cincinnati are fifth and sixth. Pitt, despite losing to Miami last week, is 25th. Penn State is not ranked. The first four in the final Top 25 which will be released December 5th will meet in the national semifinals New Year’s Eve.
