Students in two more Butler County school districts will head back to class Monday to begin the first day of a new school year.
Students in the South Butler County School District as well as those in the A-C Valley School District are returning in different ways.
Administrators and School Board members at South Butler have decided that elementary students will attend in person as normal but secondary students will attend two days a week on a staggered schedule with the other three days spent remote learning. This will continue for at least the first two weeks of school.
Students in Allegheny Township heading back to A-C Valley could see fewer classmates on the bus as a result of the district expanding hours of operation to allow for more parental drop off and pick up.
