The Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry will host a free workshop this weekend that will provide participants with information on how to sustainably manage their yards.
On Sat., March 3, area residents are invited to BC3 to learn from experts on how to increase the environmental benefits of their land. Other topics that will be discussed include local birds, wildflowers, and invasive species.
Local non-profits and service providers will also be on hand to share available resources. Saturday’s event will run from 8am to 12:30pm at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College in Butler Township.
