Former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge is expected to be home from the hospital for Christmas as he continues to recover from a heart attack.
Ridge suffered a heart attack in mid-November while attending a Republican Governors Association conference in Texas. He’s been recovering at a Texas rehab center.
The 72-year-old Republican served two terms as Pennsylvania’s governor. He was then named the first homeland security secretary under President George W. Bush.
