The former pastor of a Butler church is expected to be sentenced in Butler County today.
Herman Rushing Jr. has been accused of sexually assaulting two children and a member of his congregation at By His Grace Ministries. But he will plead no contest to those accusation today and admit no guilt as he is sentenced.
According to documents acquired by our newsroom, he will receive three to 23 and half months in prison but will be paroled at sentencing. He will then serve 48 months on house arrest.
This plea agreement still needs to be accepted by Judge Timothy McCune.
