Pennsylvania voters in next month’s primary election will be asked to make decisions on four ballot questions.
According to Republican State Representative Marci Mustello, the first two questions propose constitutional amendments to limit emergency declarations by a governor to a maximum of 21 days without legislative approval.
The third question also proposes an amendment to the state constitution that would ensure a person’s rights cannot be denied based on race or ethnicity. The fourth question involves a referendum to provide loans to paid municipal fire departments and emergency medical services companies to help improve operations.
