Frank D. Gavula, 81, of Butler passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. He was born in Butler on September 4, 1943, to the late Frank W. and Mary (Mudrick) Gavula. Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He loved watching classic film noir, music and concerts, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. Father of Kyle (Lori) and Jenna Gavula; grandfather of Loryn (Dustin) Yockey and Lindsey Gavula; great grandfather of Annistyn Kate Yockey; Frank is also survived by his previous wives, JoAnn (Watson) Gavula and Sheila (Blair) McConnell.
