Frank Leon Moculski, age 75, of Butler, passed away the morning of August 19, 2022 at his residence with his wife by his side following an illness.
Born October 4, 1946; he was the son of the late Frank and Julie Semanco Moculski.
Frank was a Butler High School graduate and proudly served in the US Army from 1966 to 1968, a specialist 4th class where he earned a military conduct medal. He was of the catholic faith.
He was a rural mail carrier on Butler rural routes for over 37 years, retiring in 2010. In his younger years, he was an avid body builder, where he enjoyed competing in various regional competitions.
Frank was an ardent outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish, and golf. He participated in numerous golf leagues during his years with the post office and received several golf awards. His true passion was his grandchildren and their soccer matches, dance competitions and any other sporting event he and Noreen could attend.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Margaret Noreen (Fallen) Moculski, whom he married March 27, 1990; his children Deana (John) Turner of Chicora and Robert McIntyre of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren; Lucas Gordon, Kiley Johns, Kortlynn Atherton, Sydney Turner, Peyton Turner; five great-grandchildren; McKenna, Alek, Myah, Colton, Braylynn; and his siblings Larry Moculski and Julie (Tim) Hoover.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Moculski; and two nephews Ahric Moculski and Brent Moculski.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 11am until time of service at 1pm in the Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect, PA. A blessing service will be conducted at 1pm in the funeral home, with Rev Adam Verona, of St. Faustina Parish, officiating.
Interment with military honors will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Butler.
