Frank Michael Bruno, age 54, of Slippery Rock, passed away Tues. evening, Jan. 25, 2022, at his residence.
Born Dec. 15, 1967 in Saxonburg, he was a son of the late Richard G. Bruno, Sr. and Jeannine M. Penrod Bruno.
Frank was a former self-employed computer programmer.
He was a former member of Thorn Creek United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Parkinson Foundation of Western Pennsylvania
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Amy J. Mahoney Bruno, whom he married Aug. 30, 1991; six children, Benjamin Young, of Dothan, Ala., Heather Young, of Oil City, Shayne Bruno and his wife, Andrea, of Butler, Tyler Bruno and his wife, Deidre, of Montross, Va., Kyle Bruno, of Slippery Rock, and Casey Bruno and his significant other, Raven Bennett, of Slippery Rock; and four grandchildren, Destiny, Daniel, Blayde and Hailey.
He is also survived by three sisters, Karen Croll, of Butler, Sarah Dobson, of Butler, and Becky Bruno, of Georgetown, S.C.; three brothers, Rick Bruno and his wife, Marta, of Missouri, Buck Bruno, of East Brady, and Jeff Bruno and his wife, Cindy, of Wampum.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his infant sister, Patty.
Friends will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 429 Center Ave., Butler, on Sat., Jan. 29, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Funeral services will be private.
Inurnment will be in North Side Cemetery.
