An event Friday looks to help kids and teenagers get a fresh cut before school starts.
The Center for Community Resources is partnering with the Butler Beauty Academy to offer free haircuts to students ages 4 to 21.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at the academy’s location on Main Street.
