Firefighters were called out to a Connoquenessing Township residence Friday afternoon to deal with a large amount of smoke coming out of a trailer home.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 1 p.m. for a trailer on Fawn Drive (in the Woodlands neighborhood of Connoquenessing Township).
Crews from Connoquenessing were joined by Prospect, Evans City, and Harmony. No one is believed to have been home when the fire started.
The extent of damage is unknown at this time. An investigation to determine the cause of the fire is ongoing.
