Grove City College has acquired the former USIS building in Grove City and will transform it into a new center for community engagement, education and innovation.
The 77,000-square foot building on Lincoln Avenue is only a few blocks from campus. The college completed its purchase of the property last week.
The building previously housed the corporate offices of United States Investigative Services, which was a government contracting company that declared bankruptcy in 2015.
The Lincoln Avenue property, situated along Wolf Creek, is the largest off-campus building investment in the college’s history.
