George Emmett Moore, age 62, of Parker, PA, passed away unexpectantly Saturday evening, April 20, 2019, at the Emergency Room in UPMC Northwest Hospital.
Born January 22, 1957 in Cambridge, OH; he was the son of the late Emmett and Lillian Moore.
He was a truck driver for Dutch Maid out of Willard, OH, and a former dairy farmer in Ohio.
He was an avid outdoorsman, where he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping.
He is survived by his loving wife Pati Jo Moore, who he married July 11, 2005; his children Amanda (Amber) Moore of St Clairsville, OH; Adam (Lindsay) Moore of Malaga, OH; Joseph Moore of St. Clairsville, OH; Heidi (Chris) Snyder of Canal Fulton, OH; Daniel (Cassandra) Moore of Bethesda, OH; Paige Cumberland of Lancaster, PA; six grandchildren Elyze, Lola, Etta, Clayton, Trenton, Reina; his siblings James (Nancy) Moore of Hurricane, UT; John Moore of Farrell, PA; Florence Moore of Marinette, WI; and David Moore of Sandy Valley, NV; his in laws William and Michele Shera of Sandy Lake; and sister in law Jessica Shera of Florida.
Visitation will be on Friday, April 26, 2019 from Noon to 2pm at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect, PA. The funeral service will follow at 2pm, in the funeral home, with Rev. Dana Opp, Pastor of The Presbyterian Church of Portersville, officiating.
Interment will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect, PA.
