A Gibsonia man is facing charges after he was caught with a loaded gun at the Pittsburgh Airport.
The TSA announced on Sunday that the man was blocked from carrying his .380 caliber loaded handgun onto the flight.
That is now the 40th gun that has been confiscated at the airport, which surpasses the 2019 record that saw 35 guns at the airport.
TSA officials say people can fly with handguns, but they must have the proper permits, carried in a locked hard-sided case, and must be unloaded.
