A man from Gibsonia is pleading guilty to tax evasion charges.
The Department of Justice said 52-year-old Eli Zatezalo pleaded to one count of tax evasion last week. He was accused over transferring taxable income to financial accounts in order to avoid IRS collection efforts.
These actions allegedly happened from 2009 to 2022.
Zatezalo is facing up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000. He will be sentenced early next year.
