A candidate running for Congress will speak Monday night at the Republican National Convention.
Sean Parnell is the GOP’s candidate in the 17th District trying to unseat Democrat Conor Lamb.
Parnell will address the convention’s first night with a virtual speech. Network coverage of the convention begins at 10 p.m.
