Grove City Borough Police last week arrested 25-year old Joshua Wright of Flower Avenue following a domestic abuse call.
Officers allege that Wright assaulted and strangled a 24-year old woman during the incident.
Grove City Police also filed a number of juvenile probation charges are pending against a 15-year old young man from Slippery Rock.
Police say the teenager threatened and harassed a 15-year old girl, and sent nude images of the victim to her father.
