A Grove City man is recovering following a three vehicle accident earlier this week in neighboring Mercer County.
According to Grove City Police, a vehicle driven by 71-year-old Arthur Brown was traveling on Stewart Avenue attempting to cross over West Main Street shortly after noon on Tuesday when he was struck.
That vehicle was driven by 24-year-old Cassandra Lasch of Greenville and Brown’s vehicle was pushed into a third vehicle at a stop sign driven by 51-year-old Eric Griffin.
Brown was transported to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries and police say he is being cited for a stop sign violation. None of the other motorists were injured but all vehicles needed to be towed.
