Helen L. Nunamaker, 86, of Butler passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born October 12,1934 in St. Charles, PA, she was the daughter of the late James S. and C. Imogene (Painter) Marshall.
Helen was a high school graduate of Redbank Valley. She was employed as a sales associate for Kmart retiring after 20 years.
She enjoyed tending to her flowers and most of all loved the time spent with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter and a son: Debra J. Myers and her husband Daniel, Butler, PA; Ray K. Nunamaker and his wife Patty, New Castle; Six Grandchildren: Joshua Fry and his wife Amee, Jessica Moore and her husband Trevor, Holli Waddell and her husband John, Ryan Nunamaker, Mathew Nunamaker and Amy Goldthwaite and her husband Scott; Eight great grandchildren: Lyllian, Eleanore, Adalyne, Kyler, Margaret, J. Wesley, Ryleigh and Kolby; Two brothers: James W. Marshall of Canton, OH; Randy Lynn Marshall and his wife Diana of Hudson, FL; also numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond K. Nunamaker who died September 30,1990; Four brothers and One Sister: Robert S. Marshall, Betty J. Van Horn; Stanley C. Marshall; Edgar Allan Marshall and Thomas B. Marshall.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 12:00 Noon with Rev, Robert S. Edmundson officiating.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Burial Estates, Butler, PA.
